the problem is that sugar and caffeine might give you immediate rush but are addictive and harmful on the longer run.
the premise is infinitely harmful than the kill 100 ogres to get +10 power stat or something setup.

Huh, I too have a high drug sensitivity, It’s not that cool tho
It mostly just gives you all the side effects of drugs and well, yea they work really good but It’s easy to overdose and get an “allergic” reaction
