Damn something about our shounen mcs always getting the best girl, that idea is completely subverted here. The Empress and the Princess both love the friend.
Its not a conscious feeling. Its subconsciously makes me jealous because of all the stories ive read where mc gets all the puss.
What a strange feeling. I keep saying, “why does it even matter?!” I have friends IRL that have beautiful gfs which I’ve never ever been interested in or jealous of, yet here im jelly about the friend.
