This story telling is absolutely cinema showing the way the underground corrupts the human mind turning this man into basically a mad scientist trying to find a way to get strong and escape the hell spiders it’s a really unique way of telling a backstory and I find it really interesting for an author to actually replace the main character for a while in a manhwa since it isn’t common because almost all manhwas are driven by their overpowered protagonist or their journey to becoming overpowered.

After reading some comments I was worried the writing in these chapters would be waffling about; but this is fascinating worldbuilding.
