Interesting premise. A slower, quieter, more psychological take on the concept of immortality. The flow of the story is almost melancholic. I can only assume that our MC is several thousands of years old, and the wear upon him has hardened to a numb acceptance. I am intrigued. We will see if the story progresses and bears staying involved with.
