So he’s some sort of avatar of nature, He’s mad at humans because they kill for fun/profit, rather than base survival. Born as a human, he finds it strange that humans differentiate based on race/religion (said so earlier). His mom gets ill due to pollution, and now they are attacked for being suspected commie spies… by corrupt capitalists?
