After he gave them advice, they ignored him, and punished/shunned, then even abandoned his diciple…
Then showed up asking him to help vs demon sect, where incident loosing his diciple happened…
Then covered it up and ignored his advice and requests again, leaving him alone seperated as hermit.
Now they come find to find him and he basically intellectually gave them the middle finger with words of wisdom and left.
(Also, did they not find that note when they looked for him to attend the murim alliance meeting in the first place)
