Single martial artist that was there and attacked him 100% deserved to die, they had evil intentions.
Trying to use groupthink and rushing a situation to try and scam him. EVEN if he didnt kill them. He would be in this exact same situation… BUT the guilty parties would still be alive and continuing to try and slander… so he is WAY better off now.
Also THEY attempted to murder him first… it was self defense, he is clearly in the right.
All the demon talk is them just being so much weaker than him they feel afraid and are being little babies crying about how they feel inferior…
If he were to submit right now… one of the initial slanderers still alive would immediatly backstab him…

I was about to drop in the start thinking the mc would join the shit sect after getting strong, it make no sense to help a useless sect like many mc’s do is a total lack of pride, but no the mc is just having fun outside
