One of the things I don’t love about these stories is that “evil” people do “evil” things is very black and white. Like these guys. They are just evil bandits so why not be cannibals as well? Obviously people do bad things but it’s always so black and white in these stories. Which is satisfying if you want to be told how to feel but i need more explanation and justification. I need history for how this group could realistically become what they are.
