This is so forced, so damn forced, he’s in a advantageous position and actively seeks to endanger people while making no effort to conceal his movement. I know this MC makes mistakes, fine but this is clearly negligent or incompetent behavior not a bad decision but rather a self destructive decision.
The most annoying part is its obvious where this is going to go.

The first strange thing is that he undid the transformation and did not redo it, and now he’s walking around barefaced towards an unrelated spot because he randomly become emotive again during a mission…?
I mean he had a ton of chances to peek or visit he could have done it when he “infiltrated” the pavilion master’s place to when he was trying to get a mount hua elder’s head.
