You know… he can create holy water or more like turn any water into it. He did that with the champagne… so why not do it again, but with a full keg and splash it all over the guests? Vampires should start to experience burns all over their bodies, exposing themselves in the process. The count started to bleed out shortly after he consumed it, but the others might not be that strong and the effect may be instantaneous.
That would be the only proof needed… but the author wants to drag this on even though the answer is so simple.
As soon as the first vampires start to scream in pain, the others would try to run away and cause a scene so that they can escape. At that point he only needs to yell at his majesty like “close all exists! there are still more!” and he would understand (as he has shown that he’s an intelligent ruler). Then the vampires would start to take hostages, but as the king has already shown his strong holy powers, a strength which can make others obey his will, I doubt that it would work out in their favor. And with that, this arc would end…

Guys he can’t say because we are speaking not just about one vampire but a many of them undetected so he needs to investigate first then expose them
Just pretend to duel and charge up a powerful spell to kill the vampires in the room. He’s way overcomplicating everything.
