Ah I’ve read the novel somewhere, and it’s good
and thats he reborn as a dragon slayer 😀
Plot premise is somewhat similar to Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha (The Unwanted Immortal Adventurer), except for the addition of the Dragon and the effects of its magic. MC in Nozomanu had to work for his evolution, but he still retained his consciousness too.
