Was this handed over to a ten year old to finish off ? Why have they put their Headquarters ‘just outside’ a perfectly good massive city wall, instead of ‘just inside’, you know, so they wouldn’t have to abandon it and run in through the big gate at the first sight of the ‘calamity’ strolling up ? And ten seconds after first meeting her, and knowing nothing about her, why would the King hand his army over to her and then bugger off on his uni horse to get killed ? Wasn’t there anyone in his own forces he trusted more than someone he’d just met ? And why did the King decide that, even though he knows next to nothing about the Undead King or what he looks like, that the first person he met, just walking along the road was him, and he was going to chase him down and kill him without even a ‘hello, are you the undead king’ ? And didn’t the numb nuts knight think that it might be a good idea to mention to the King that the calamity undead dude hadn’t actually killed anyone who wasn’t already evil scum, and that she was actually there, at the scene, when the spirit of the batshit crazy necromancer started the unfounded rumour amongst the commoners that caused all the panic that’s got them all cacking their pants, and that there was absolutely nothing to back it up ? I can switch my brain off to some stuff but I’m having a hard time with this.
