This is just my opinion, but i don’t like the fact that he chose “god of sword” as it is doesn’t define his life nor character at this point having no connection with it until recently getting it in a rather benign way (shop).
he didn’t train with the sword to get where he is now, it was his perseverance, his struggle and strong headedness.
Other manhwa’s also have some absurd titles given to the mc’s but gods are build on their mythos and who they are and represent to their core.
He represents something more human, like mortal strive or human endeavor for stability.
And tbh he just doesn’t give a fibe of a sword god ••<.

The skill the mc pick was good one but next he needs something that makes him smarter as he does not know his own worth. Like you are invited to talk with guild master while the invitation was like rude arrest and jerry on top of it need to wait the guld master who went to raid a dungeon.
Just leave from the place when they are rude like that and waste your time like that. Respect is earned and not given and how can there be a respect when treated like this. Being dragged to their guild and waste time cause the master is in a dungeon
