dawg wtf. Mc should make this world a utopia. You could argue that these are living beings so this is the same as killing regular people but even in the perspective of profit (more time), mc should do his best to make the people in this world prosper through medical breakthroughs and such to increase lifespan. So even if you want to be ruthless, in terms of time gathering you still want the miniature humans to live long, and that can’t happen if the moon lord is here. Now the mini humans will live in fear and live shorter life spans because of maybe suicide and stuff
