This is the first Chinese Manhua I’ve ever read in which the logic makes sense of the people. Not like, “Hey that guy’s a threat, kill him”.

You can increase brain speed, but not movement. So even if you do boost mental activity, it only lets them see what is happening, not have the speed to actually react.
They are making some massive leaps in logic that just happen to be correct. MC does have the ability to see how long someone has left, but the most logical conclusion would be that he can see the extent of a person’s natural lifespan. His being able to see how long until someone gets hit by a car and dies from that is not the first idea you’d come up with and them getting this part of his ability right on the first guess is pretty wild.
Also, the footage could only be slowed down 10x before because of the limitations of the camera. No matter what technology you have you can’t slow something down 64x unless the camera that made the footage was good enough to record that many frames per second in the first place.
This is like Death Note but the Mc (at least so far) doesn’t go insane

any government officials wouldn’t just make assumptions they would need to find proof, at least some, plus even if you have the technology to speed up the brain by 2x
(which i find is practically impossible except if you replace the brain completely) you wouldn’t even be able to react, mf run at 100x speed and if you speed up the brain, it means that the rate of consumption of any kind of “energy” would be astronomical, again maybe a machine can do something but it would implicate a sports car combined with a robot and it would easily overheat
I’m glad the government doesn’t have superhuman soldiers. It’s more fun to see people try to deal with a monster than see the monsters clash.

DAMN IT! This chapter makes me so sad because Division 0 or the CCP could’ve made a Great Antagonist. Sadly, they’ll disappear soon and no longer be a threat to MC. They’re literally talking about him like he’s an SCP.
