I thought it was going to be because of the misspelling of his name as Aeix instead of Aix which would slip past the guard system. Well, there have to be people who aren’t in the adventurers guild (thus without the ID card) so this system is going to go off on every child and ordinary person passing the gates. I bet these guards get tired of having to screen every time it pings, so it makes sense they would just excuse the puppets as another misfire of the system.
