Just a thought: kinda shame this didn’t happen before Maho appeared. It would fit really nicely into the atmosphere of the early chapters. With Maho entering the scene, everything took a sharp turn into a fest of absurdities and Akane started to look worse and worse. If the hug / cuddly sleep scene happened right after chapter 23, it would be “aaaaaaaaww”, but now it’s more like “jeeeeez, finally!”.
Whoa. So rebar removal team actually did some work. Not bad, not bad at all.
Of course Akane will regress soon enough, not much doubt about it, but for now it’s bliss like never before in this series. Might as well enjoy that while it lasts, no?
By the way, are “I”, “you”, “he/she” represented by the same word in japanese? I constantly see sentences (in different translations) that make no sense but do if I swap the pronouns, for example from “I” to “you”…
