I Got Married to the Girl I Hate Most in Class

Minor plot spoilers. 

“Nisekoi”…if it didn’t make even more sense, and if it was written solely for tr*shy comedic moments. Yeah, that’s this manga. I for one love the ”Nisekoi” series, the writing, the heartfelt moments from character development, and etc. However, this has none of that. 

There’s two types of tsunderes: cute ones that playfully tease the mc and the type that is just flat-out annoying. As you can probably tell from my description of this manga already, the fmc is insufferable. Not only that, the author ruins any wholesome mood inflicted by having her do the “playfully hit the mc for comedy.” Oh, the pain doesn’t stop there because the mc’s cousin is quite literally Shiro from NGNL so that alone tells you about how creative the author is. The only good characters are the mc and the fmc’s childhood friend (a gyaru), but he gets overshadowed by the presence of the fmc while the gyaru is only there for the author to create drama and ultimately lose. 

Did I mention that there’s a love triangle yet? Of course there is, and of course, the best girl (gyaru), who shares the most heartfelt and joy with the mc, will lose in the end, how predictable. The plot also makes absolutely no f*cking sense on why they got married; instead of being funny and “haha” and stuff, the grandparents are just insufferable and horrible people. This might as well grandson and granddaughter “Domestic Girlfriend.”

Just a sh*t show through and through that becomes repetitive and annoying with minimum character development and a predictable outcome. Too bad that the art and panel arrangement is really good since it is wasted on this.
