This sorta feels like Shiro and Saber from Fate Series. Although Saber isn’t as flat as an airport runway.
Although, I think the wind and light human spirit is probably really interested in the MC.
I got the strangest feeling that the mc will encounter his sister one way or another, and she will act the same as before, likely seeing nothing wrong with it. Of course, the mc has been free of his sister and will want nothing to do with her anymore, and basically tell to her face she was not family to him and wants nothing to do with her ever. I get the feeling that its only in the aftermath of this encounter will she finally realize what she had ruined.
I really hope him and Ash show some promising progress together soon.
For those who forgot: Ashe is a girl and has the hots for MC, that’s why she blushes.
