Ok that answers how the author is going to handle it: he CAN’T conquer the world because his golems last only a few seconds outside the garden.
So he can’t conquer the world after all. He CAN destroy virtually any army he needs to deal with, but he can’t occupy, police, protect and otherwise run the nations by himself.
