1 Trillion is too much. If one S rank monster enters to the city and goes rampage then to fix the damage it be way more then a trillion to fix it. The bright minds of these politics in there. And then the even mode dumb question. What will he do with the money ? I would counter question the dumb question on him as what would you do with the money if you get a lot ? Working in government to do corruption and make a lot of money to live life as a king and then ask dumb questions.
