It’s my guess that she’s under contract and forced to do all this, in a similar way that the demon lord is contracted to the mc. Her asking him to beat her might be the only way to get out of it somehow. Maybe being beaten by a lower ranked individual would lessen her value so her employer releases her or something. Right now that’s just a theory though.
