Nah… This Doctor ‘thing’ about treating every one the same and not being judgemental won’t work in a violent society like this where the good ones have a hard enough time as it is staying alive, and saving the life of evil scum who would kill you as soon as look at you will only come back to bite you later on… You’d have to be more ‘selective’ about who you choose to help.
