a point of interest: I really don’t like the look Fia is shooting at Amami on that page. that’s the look of gears turning “once I see how this fake magician does his practice and determine the severity of the threat we six stars will devise a plan to end him while both holding the monopoly on healing and retaining political relations with the world tree or we burn everything”.
the art is insane. some people look really good, really pretty, really handsome… and some people look straight out of the final fantasy art books
I swear if this gets animated and it’s not as beautiful as the manga I will entice riots!

not sure, but from how he suddenly change his mind from shocked hearing his son stomach was cut open, to agreeing on the surgery with smile, and then that shaded eyes frame…
I hope he’s just feeling he lost hope or nothing-or-all vibes, and not trying to do something stupid while the surgery was ongoing…
