not bad its understandable because its not his speciality but from my observation, the procedure that he carried out seems to be not complete. he din completely cut the flexor retinaculum or the transverse carpal ligament. means the dwarf symptoms might nt resolve or will recur later. but of course this is just manga so the dwarf shud healed anyway as the author wanted
