he didn’t explain why there’s gallstones, just that if you keep eating fatty foods it’ll make the gallbladder contract to squeeze out more bile and a stone can get lodged and blocked but where do the stones come from lol
normal gallbladders should have only liquid bile – stones form when bile gets too concentrated or you eat too much fatty food (fat in blood, gets to gallbladder, becomes a deposit). something like that
