IF attacking their army gives them justification to attack your castle, then by golly gee give them the justification of a generation. Capture the enemy general alive, give her a tour, then gouge out her eyes, break then amputate all her limbs. Then capture any and all surviving prisoners from her army, fly to their capitol, and toss them from the sky into the center of town, along with pieces of paper saying “i am offended, make me an offer that will leave me not offended”. Maybe have them all chained together and toss them over the side Amistad style.

Then fly off to the ocean, and come back every 7 days to slaughter one of their fortresses at random, taking prisoners to toss into the capitols of neighboring nations with pamphlets that say: “the empire has offended me, you should take advantage of this to win my favor.”

For extra luls, fly over the capitol, kidnap their emperor with some robots, then bathe him in the ashes of one of his armies, and redeposit him in the center of town, naked except for the ashes of his soldiers that your burned alive.

But noooooo, mc is just a coomer in a flying castle with a robot army.
