A lot of people are not understanding the hero or at least refusing to understand a simply thing that even the Mc understands. He might have been a founding member and has undeniable brought out the parties potential, but he, himself has not become strong. So imagine they go face the demon lord for the sake of the world while having a party member that would die immediately from the weakest strike, they would obviously have to protect him leading to even the demon lord using that to his advantage which may cause them all to die. It’s not about them leaving him because he is weak, it’s about separating so that they all have a chance to survive rather than all dying for the sake of friendship.
He was a founding member and he’s been with the other dude for six years. Because of his skills he got the party to the point where they’re ready to do the ‘Defeat the Demon King’ quest… but they’re ‘letting him go’. Why couldn’t they let him leave ‘after’ completing the big quest, allowing him to get the recognition and glory he’s due for the part he’s played ? I know there’s no animosity intended, but this is like sacking someone the week before Christmas who’s worked at the factory for years. It stinks a bit.

Not zure i got the explanation of his skills. sure be can see potential, but what about the double exp? is he giving his exp away or does everyone he states is a part of his party get double exp?
in either case, skills are excellent for training but seem pretty useless in battle.
At least he’s trying to have it be on good terms.
An interesting start. Hope the hero isn’t just putting on an act, this is actually a unique branch for this kind of genre to go from and I’d hate to see them mess that up.
