MC is an unrepentant toxic ásshole. Doesn’t care what other want for themselves, only what he thinks is best for them.
No path back from actions he’s taken that won’t be fúcked up for the characters around him. I’m sure in later chapters he’s forgiven, and things move on and get better than they ever were, but some things should never be forgiven.
While the plot is a bit different, it’s still boring. Typical obnoxious MC with the Thick-Headed (Passive) skill. Read if bored, I guess.

Some of those commenting aren’t reading the same manga I am. The MC has OP (job counselor) skills to assist new adventurers in choosing the right class and reaching the peak of the class, it is useless after they reach their peak. The MC is asked to leave the hero’s party, he agrees his skills are no longer needed since the party has outgrown him, his party members love him, and know he’s the reason for their success. They want to make his retirement comfortable, as a reward for his contributions he takes a fief and uses his job counselor skills to strengthen his people. So, not your typical I was abused and discarded trope that some are pretending it is.

Reminder to self: dropped it at ch. 11 because it becomes more about harem building and ‘cheap’ fan service while the actual plot moves at a snail’s pace with nothing interesting going on
if you love MC’s who’s not into girls, domain building but not, and male MC obsessed with male hero who kicked him out…. then this sh*t is for you… 
This would be so much better if the MC wasn’t obsessed with his betrayer friend to Narutard levels.

hero party kicks out mc and then has the absolute brass balls to try and act friendly and say shit like “please give me your blessing/watch over us/ect”, either writer is purposely trying to make them the most unlikable type of people or writer is hardcore mired in manga tropes.

If you are reading this, I recommend this highly now only the personality is huge the story and art looks fine. If it’s rate 9.5/10 for me
Its really go and a great departure from the usual “hero party kicks out someone who they think is holding them back” genre, but the translators went censor happy with black bars over what could be considered mostly pointless stuff. not sure why since the beginning didn’t do that. It’s honestly more distracting than if they had just left them out.

The story isn’t bad, it’s not the classical guy fired because useless in a cruel way and he is still friendly with his former party members… But I still find it too cruel.
That guy created the party, searched and found the talented people with his skill and trained them with an XP multiplier skill. It’s not exagerated to say they owe everything to him…but they fired him because he wasn’t strong enough???
And I don’t really care about the fief they gave him to compensate, it’s still cruel and they don’t deserve to be called heroes nor his friends
