I don’t think he realize how strong he actually is I seriously don’t think cross party can take that down by themselves and he managed to.

Man just solo’d a boss and he’s ‘inadequate?’ This has to be an example of the frog in the well. He spent so much time around hyper competent people, his standards are super warped.

Is it so hard for people in the comment section to understand the storytelling ? i will simplify the situation. Lets imagine he is currently level 67 (if we consider C tier being all people in it level 0-49) B (50-70) and A (71-90) and S (91+).
His previous team is recently taking demon lord quest (needs you to be in the top 7). so they are probably level 91.
The green lizard is considered a B tier boss probably around level 60 (since Boss are not supposed to be fight alone its normal the MC have difficulty with the regeneration and the lack of fire power to bring it down)
All his ex teammate would completely 1-hit that boss. You are not reading a story about a broken MC who can one shot everything. You are ready a story about a MC who is great at bringing the best out of the people he meets.
I still have a lot of chapter to catchup but im pretty certain if the author stay consistent every member of that small army he brings with him to do quest are all gonna be stronger than him in about 15-20 chapter down the line. It would not make sense to make HIM overpowered.
