Slight complaint:
Why do none of these ever show female protagonist being at least slightly invested in training.
Part of the joy of these wuxia, murim based stories is watching the growth of the character by them mastering new techniques and skills. But here, like many almost all of these stories that have a female lead it just mentions that she’s gifted; a genius with so and so innate constitution or ability or had eaten some herb and gained a refined body.
They build up this foundation filled with potential but never show show any of the good parts of the usual development. No training, being on the run or trapped in some operate dimension, constantly gaining invites and refining skills.
So far the last thing she learned to do was reinforce her body, make knifes float and throw a ball of ki. A ball, she hasn’t even refined it into a sword.
Again this isn’t a problem with this comic specifically but a common trend that’s generally seen.

She released all her toxins with those black gases and didn’t change up when the dude visited her.

She must think they’re beyond that phase
