The quality of this writing has fallen off a cliff. Pretty much this entire chapter was about women thirsting for Ackerman and showing that he likes big curvy older women as well. No plot progression, no character building (this is not it), no action, no anything. And we have had these sorts of irrelevant “stories” for like 20+ chapters now. Since the churches attack on bookstore, nothing has actually happened since.
