The Rauli might be going a “bit” too far? They literally kidnap men to use as seed banks, then kidnap the daughters and banish the sons. Both them and the Balm should be exterminated. The best thing that could come of this would be the Balm and the Raulis ending up working together and assimilating their extremes into a middle ground. Not separate divisions that allow them to keep being awful.
