I’m not sure about the manga, but I enjoyed the anime.
It’s obviously the most generic isekai you can find. Every single minute is cliché but so what, it’s the kind of anime you watch to spend time relaxed, nothing bad happens, mc is kind and girls are cute.
There are almost no ecchi parts, if you really want a manly mc, real problems and a weird plot, watch euphoria and don’t read this one

Of all the isekais … this is probably among the trashiest, less original, most boring I ever read. MC basically obtains omnipotence, so the story relies practically on surprise moments to offer any kind of suspense ” Oh look bad guy appeared he is so strong and fearsome, oh wait MC look in his general direction, nvm, he dead now ”.
It’s also harem trash with several girls who have the same personality except for a quirk and bust size that makes it possible to tell them apart.
