in my opinion they didn’t need to introduce some kind of sleeping technique. Literally just sleeping in itself could be advantageous, there doesn’t need to be a technique. Why train constantly with diminishing returns instead of training super hard and then maybe he has a technique to enter REM sleep and his body starts recovering.
