Story probably wouldve been better if it werent a regression. Hes mentally 46yrs but acts exactly like a child, he doesnt even consider how just blurting out info from the future makes him suspicious, and its not like theres any real point to this being a regression story. This couldve been a normal murim where he just comes across a system power up.

oh mc improves this easily. I figured the pill wouldve been better because of the recovery but if mc can this easily get +10% hp recovery by doing an excercise then the eye of wisdom was the best
