Hopefully all the op self insert edgelord power fantasy lovers leave soon. Or at least finally realize shirone isnt a killer, he is a saver. To me thats 100x times more interesting because its waaay more dangerous. This arc may have seemed slow due to lots of characters and flashbacks, but imo i bet this arc will be referenced or lead into several future arcs.
lastly, Rian is my favorite character now thanks to his ride or die attitude.
