I appreciate that this manga is trying not to rush the ecchi, so there is room for the intensity to build, but it feels weird since American first base is Japanese third base. It feels like he skipped first base entirely, ran over the pitcher’s mound and barely brushed second base on the way to third, which he then keeps returning to. This is no way to play baseball!
