I feel like the mc shouldn’t have let his emotions get in the way and instead hear the antagonist out. Because sometimes HERO CAN CREATE VILLIANS TOO!!!!

They pit against each other according to the guard although that only worked because Touma stayed behind, but then killed the survivor. Then explain why they revived Touma it looked like the princess and one other thus leaving a dangerous “Hero” in play
anymore*
This is just stupid.
I’m gonna say what some/many already think. If there’s backstory filler to see from their viewpoint, the character has to have earned it and deserve it. Touma absolutely does not deserve it. He is not a character I would want to empathize with.
This is why the hero summoning is regulated by the gods across multiple realms.
- Using the Summoning messes with fate and can get you in the bad with other deities (of the worlds you’re summoning the heroes from)
- Leave it unregulated in the hands of mortals (I.E. royalty and nobility) and you can bet that such thing will be abused which may lead to…
- YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHO OR WHAT YOU’RE SUMMONING. Yeah, you’re summoning a human to be a hero. What you don’t know is if the human is still altruistic enough to really live up to that hero title. MADE WORSE BY THE FACT THAT THEY MAY NOT COME TO THE SUMMONED WORLD AT LEVEL 1. Worse case scenario, they may start in the world at Max level (Usually 99) or HIGHER and will have no moral qualms about wrecking your kingdom (or your planet) for $HITs and giggles.
