either they spawned the orc on top of that man, or he just crawled under the corpses for drama and to emphasize on them being too many.

How was Mr. Stadt expecting “I was just following orders” to work as a defense here? He’s the GUILDMASTER! Henrique is beneath him on the official hierarchy.
There’s no way he can justify obeying Henrique’s orders unless he can somehow show that Henrique had him cornered by force, or threat of force, against him or those close to him.
