Oooo nice, Demons. This Kingdom kinda needs to suffer a bit 
So Sora is now close to the strength of that veteran adventurer. Technically he’s already reached his same level a couple chapters ago, but his skill levels and job are unfavorable. His base stats in average and in proportion to his level were a lot higher than those of the summoned Hero that was shown in chapter 1, but they are spread evenly, so people are still able to greatly surpass him in a few stats even if they are at the same level. At least as long as the MC doesn’t choose the appropriate job.
If only they had a good scout who could have warned them about what they were about to wade into.

Enchanted or divine weapons are a must for that kind of enemy.
