I wonder what Falma would do if he wasn’t a noble. Maybe he would become a doctor where they are most needed. Like on ships or in distant lands? It would be cool to see a what if like that right?
Common misconception. Average life span in the middle ages doesn’t reflect how old people got. Once they survived childhood they usually lived up to 60 in any case and 70 in rare ones.
But most people died as children. Hence average life span was about mid 20 or so.
I have to say, a fairly unique world. Magic power is fixed, so it’s not possible to increase it at all. And you can be completely unable to use it in the first place. And if you can use it, it’s just 1 single element, except for the MC that can create everything he wants. Last but not least, despite being a world of magic, illnesses and medicines are the same as Earth’s.
1) Still nobody bothered about his shaddow. Probably low budged, would be a pain to draw all people with shaddows consequently and him without. We rarely see the ground anyway and in this chapter even his Maid only had a shaddow ONCE and it was in the midday sun like a puddle below her. Pathetic.
2) He should (I would) confess his otherworldly knowledge to someone, best candidate would be the blind teacher girl. Worst case if she panics and cries to everybody how he is a different person he can wave his hand and blame the lightning strike. Best case he has an ally with whom he can plan and execute more detailed plans to help people.
But nooooooo, like every goddamn MC, we have to do everything all alone all the time. Jump over hurdles you could easily go around with with some help.
