Why didn’t they arrest that Union Chief ? Using high power magic on a civilian just cause he is self taught in magic. While they believe some stick collectors over him that basically used the F class cause he is self taught as a sacrifice.
Like why do they even have the status window when they dont have devices that can measure the status windows stats when they write it down. How do they even check if the stats are real for others who can just write the average numbers in there without having status window even.
