Why can’t the Japanese make a decent story… I stg 99% of Japanese fantasy fiction follows 1 of two tropes. It’s either I’m a cringe chunni rapist mass murderer because someone hurt my feelings, or it’s “I am a perfect saint and will forgive everyone who ever causes harm or threatens me and bow down and suck their d*ck to please them.
Like seriously there’s almost no novel that doesn’t follow these two tropes. It’s so annoying I stggggg
