he said he could kill him if he got within 1 meter, and yet he let him STAB him in the stomach but did nothing back. eagle eye has been well within that meter many times in the fight so far. I don’t care if they set up some rule about how he is supposed to activate the effect but don’t lie to us first with that scene acting like he only needed to get within the 1 meter bubble. clearly it takes a lot more than that range to work. apparently he must touch him with the hand or the ring for it to work.
