Manga logic says that girl who slammed into him is the other guy’s girlfriend … and I won’t rule out that she is somehow related to (friends, family, or co-worker?) Mizuhara.
On the other hand, I’m beginning to lose interest in Mizuhara … she is bleeding the MC dry and now, at least, most of these instances are not his fault and she’s still charging him despite her claiming she also doesn’t want to upset their grandparents.
