Am I the only one who thinks Umi is the type to fall in and out of love. That only wants to be sleep with Chizuru and then dump her and move onto someone else he believes he is in love with.

It’s not a date. Chizuru isn’t in love with ANYONE. She is the type to distance herself from her feelings. She is focused on building a career and working on personal relationships is (in her mind) not worth her time and effort as she sees relationships as work. She will have cold realization after she hits the wall and only has the cat.
