Not sure how much more of this I can take. MC is basically torturing himself with all 3-4 girls. His ex-gf, his rental gf, his temp gf (Ruka), and the trainer gf (Sumi). A bit cringe and more and more heartbreaking. And I kind of feel sorry for the latter 3 girls as well, rental the least feeling sorry for with the exception of the ex-gf who just needs to get over him and stop.
