Any true gamer would know that very rarely game developers allow game to have 100% dodge chance, maybe for an enemy that is a lot lower level than you. There are always soft and hard caps on stuff like crit, dodge, parry, all other stuff like that. So that even if you have infinity in Evasion you really just have 99.9% of dodge. and I think every fan of Fire Emblem/x-com or any permadeath game will know. It is just the matter of time before you get killed by that 0.01% crit you where not expecting to land.
So yea tl;dr the guy is a moron who should be dead but yea plot armor.
Also given that 20-30 is average stat , guys in the guild should have asked for his stat distribution or to show his healing proves. I mean even if a child is saying that he is evasion healer, he is still claiming to be a healer so his recovery stat should be somewhat higher than average to be of some better use than say a warrior trying to heal himself.
tl;dr a lot of holes in this story so far, but it is still not at the bottom of the barrel so I’ll check few more chapters.

It is possible to gain Experience points from quests.
Not everything is subjugation jobs.
I mean, If evasion is that broken with so few points, why doesn’t anyone use it?

but will he be able to level up without being able to deal any damage at all.. even if he is in a party and they beat a monster down to 1hp, he would still not be able to kill it it seems…
