Man that rushed ending, when things get axed, they get axed hard.
This ending felt weird, It feels like there was more to adapt and it was just cut off. At least the author is happy with it.
The series was very strong, but as Draco says, the ending was off. It didn’t feel rushed per se, it was more like without knowing to what happened to all of the developed characters, it feels sort of like a hollow victory- which is likely the point. Nevertheless, all we really know is that Kuro is a weird mob boss now and Lee Han and Silence are getting it on in repopulating the planet.
I’ll give it a 7.2/10, mostly because the art and side characters are fantastic, while the overall story is average. Above average overall and a very fun (mostly) binge for me!
man, the journey was great why did that ending feel rushed and chopped af? could’ve easily used at least 5 more chapters to round out the story more instead of this. sigh, what a poor end to a good piece.

What…? Your telling me, after all that, they just give up and sit in each others arms and die? What the absolute f**k man… I’m not even complaining cause the ending was sad, I could and have handled absolutely miserable endings to stories, but this just doesn’t feel like a story that was supposed to end that way… That whole facility scene just completely glossed over that whole AI, I don’t think Lee Han was about to kick it, he at the very least had a few years left, he just gave up? Then we get a random flashback about, of all people, Omega-1? D**n, I need to go get myself a drink after that
